We put a new tiki bar outside, by our pool and now, after this winter it has turned black with mold and looks terrible! Is there any way to turn it back to light brown color that it was? We did weatherize it with a urathrene coating before setting it out. I thought bamboo is made to hold up in wet weather?

Wind blew over plastic container, spilling on concrete patio. Very cold and windy last night. Puddle 10 x 10. Would baking soda get it. It seems to be staying on top of concrete, not seeping below where there is a well.
