Cable ties’s, twine, wire, screws, etc. Cable ties and screws would be a good combo.

I used electrical conduit clamps. Find the closest one to the size of your torch legs. Use two on each torch.
Hose clamps, depending on the diameter of the deck support? Or there’s always zip ties – you can string them together to make them as long as you need.
